停機主要是由機械密封的毛病形成的。毛病的表現大都是走漏,走漏緣由有以下幾種:
1、動靜環密封面的走漏,緣由主要有:端面平面度,粗糙度未到達請求,或外表有劃傷;端面間有顆粒物質,形成兩端面不能同樣運轉;裝置不到位,方式不正確。
2、補償環密封圈走漏,緣由主要有:壓蓋變形,預緊力不平均;裝置不正確;密封圈質量不契合規范;密封圈選型不對。
實踐運用效果標明,密封元件毛病最多的部位是動,靜環的端面,渣漿泵機封動,靜環端面呈現龜裂是常見的毛病現象,主要緣由有:
1、裝置時密封面間隙過大,沖洗液來不及帶走摩擦副產生的熱量;沖洗液從密封面間隙中漏走,形成端面過熱而損壞。
2、液體介質汽化收縮,使兩端面受汽化收縮力而分開,當兩密封面用力貼合時,毀壞光滑膜從而形成端面外表過熱。
3、液體介質光滑性較差,加之操作壓力過載,兩密封面跟蹤轉動不同步。例如高轉速泵轉速為20445r/min,密封面中心直徑為7cm,泵運轉后其線速度高達75 m/s,當有一個密封面滯后不能跟蹤旋轉,瞬時高溫形成密封面損壞。
4、密封沖洗液孔板或過濾網梗塞,形成水量缺乏,使機封毛病。
另外,密封面外表滑溝,端面貼合時呈現缺口招致密封元件毛病,主要緣由有:
1、液體介質不清潔,有微小質硬的顆粒,以很高的速度滑人密封面,將端面外表劃傷而毛病。
2、機泵傳動件同軸度差,泵開啟后每轉一周端面被晃動摩擦一次,動環運轉軌跡不同心,形成端面汽化,過熱磨損。
3、液體介質水力特性的頻繁發作惹起泵組振動,形成密封面錯位而毛病。
液體介質對密封元件的腐蝕,應力集中,軟硬資料配合,沖蝕,輔助密封0形環,V形環,凹形環與液體介質不相容,變形等都會形成機械密封表面損壞毛病,所以對其損壞方式要綜合剖析,找出基本緣由,保證機械密封長時間運轉。

The main reasons are as follows: 1, the heat produced by the friction pair can not be carried away by the flushing fluid; the flushing fluid leaks from the gap of the sealing surface, resulting in overheating of the end surface and damage. 2, the liquid medium vaporized shrinkage, so that the two end surface by vaporized shrinkage force and separate, when the two sealing surface force-fit, destroy the smooth film to form end surface overheating. 3, the liquid medium smoothness is poor, in addition to the operation pressure overload, two sealing surface tracking rotation is not synchronized. The corrosion of liquid medium to sealing elements, stress concentration, soft and hard data matching, erosion, auxiliary sealing 0-ring, v-ring, concave ring and liquid medium are incompatible, deformation, etc. , therefore, the damage mode should be comprehensively analyzed to find out the basic reasons to ensure the long-term operation of mechanical seals.
